WattsOn-Mark II Energy Reset
Meters with an on-board (black and white LCD) display may have the accumulated energy reset using this interface. Click "Back", "Configuration", "Energy Reset" and follow the prompts.
Resetting the energy may also be done via a direct Modbus write (see p. 47 of the manual, here):

Resetting the meter energy can be done via Elkor's free software, Modbus Commander, as follows:

The meter may be located on the network
After installing, run it from a PC which is connected to the same network as the meter.
- Select Devices > Elkor Network Device Finder
- The meter should come up as “ETport-W2”. Right-Click and select “Connect”
- Select “Devices > Elkor WattsOn-Mark II > Energy Parameters”
- Click “Reset Energy”
NOTE: There is no way to reset the "Revenue" or "Non-resettable" registers in the field. The meter would need to be returned to the factory to accomplish this.
